Need help, but don’t want to leave your home or deal with the hassle of unplugging your computer? Don’t worry, we can come to you! We will drive out to your home or place of business to solve any issues you may have.
We provide on-site services including:
- In-Home or In-Office Printer and Computer setup
- Site Surveys of New Locations
- Network Assessments (Look at our Free Network Assessments Promotion)
- Network installation and configuration (specializing in wireless networking)
- Internet/Network Setup or Fixes
- Upgrade Computers, Laptop, Servers
We are capable of doing most of our regular in-shop services onsite in your location, with the exception of complicated or time consulting tasks like Virus or Malware Removal
All on-site services are billed with a 1-hour minimum. Should the service take longer than expected, we can take it back to the shop and charge you a flat rate fee and drop it back off to your place of business or residence.
Most in-house or Drop Off’s work can be done under fixed rate pricing.
