Remote Support

Remote support allows our Technicians to log on to your Computer or Laptop and fix the issue right away. The solution that we use is Teamviewer. TeamViewer works like a telephone conversation made between two PCs. To get started:

1. Go Here and download a setup file from TeamViewer…



2. Now click ‘Run’ at the bottom of the screen and, when prompted, accept the license agreement. You’ll need to check the two tick boxes here as well. Finally, when prompted, choose ‘Personal/ non-commercial use’ and click ‘Next’. All you need do is click ‘Next’ to proceed.

3. Keep selecting Next until you complete the installation…

4. Read to the Technician the ID and password in the Teamviewer application to allow him access to your computer. Once the Technician resolves the issues and exits the session rest assured the connection is terminated and can only be used again if you provide the ID and password.
